God’s Ladies In Charge is a faith-driven movement dedicated to unlocking the true potential of young ladies. We believe that every young ladies carries within her the strength to rise above challenges and the brilliance to lead with purpose. These are not just future leaders—they are the heartbeat of today’s neighborhoods, the visionaries of tomorrow, and the voices that can shape a brighter world.
By nurturing their courage, amplifying their voices, and investing in their dreams, we are planting seeds of empowerment that will blossom for generations to come. We envision a generation of young ladies who embrace the true value of faith, family, and community. By building strong partnerships with parents and guardians, we aim to create bonds of trust and open communication. Within this safe space, our young ladies are free to be their authentic selves while discovering the legacy they wish to leave behind. Through open forums, they can share challenges such as bullying, peer pressure, domestic violence, sibling rivalry, and emotional health. Together, we prepare them for a brighter future rooted in connection, service, and self-discovery.

Our mission is to shape well-rounded young ladies, ages 11–17, by inspiring them to grow personally, socially, and spiritually. We encourage them to value education, develop strong social skills, and cultivate meaningful relationships. By guiding them to tap into their full potential, we help unlock the promise of an unlimited future—one filled with purpose, confidence, and resilience.

Currently we only mentor young ladies between 11-17. Since our program is so needed for young ladies in certain communities, our board is being petitioned to adjust the age limits so all young ladies can have the benefit and support of this program

No. While most of our programs are designed for teens and young adults, we welcome any young lady seeking encouragement and direction.
We are based in USA, but many of our resources and support systems are accessible online for wider reach.
All donations go directly into funding our mentorship programs, workshops, scholarships, and community projects that benefit young ladies.
